Here's how to do it:

In Google Ads, click the Ads & extensions tab.

Click the 3-dot. menu, and select Upload.

Click Choose file.

Select your spreadsheet file, and click Open.

Select Preview to view the changes to your ads before you save.

When you're ready, click Apply.
