Are Russia out of Euro 2024? Russia were not involved in qualifying for Euro 2024 because of the ban and therefore will miss out on the tournament in Germany. Russia had qualified for six of the previous seven European Championships since becoming a FIFA member in their own right ahead of Euro '96.
