If you don't claim the offer at the time of your first deposit, you can do so at any time within 30 days of registering your account. Simply log in to your account, go to the Account menu, choose My Offers then click Claim Now for the relevant offer.
If a game has been postponed or cancelled before its due start time then all bets are deemed no action. Outright Betting is non-runner no-bet, and may be subject to a Rule 4 (Deduction). All games must start on the scheduled date for bets to have action.
